Frequently Asked Questions

How do I play MatchKing Seasons?

Swap adjacent tiles to create matches of three or more matching tiles. Matching tiles clears them from the board and allows new tiles to fall into place.

Complete the objectives shown for each level before running out of moves.

How do I create Special Tiles?

Larger and specially shaped matches can create powerful Special Tiles.

Depending on the match you create, you may receive Special Tiles capable of clearing rows, columns, nearby tiles, or matching tiles across the board.

What are Abilities?

Abilities give you additional options when tackling difficult levels.

MatchKing Seasons includes abilities such as:

  • Reshuffle — Rearranges the tiles on the board.
  • Extra Moves — Adds five additional moves.
  • Hint — Shows you a possible move.
  • Tile Assassin — Allows you to select a tile type and eliminate matching tiles from the board.

Abilities are limited-use items and can be earned through gameplay and rewards.

What are Daily Rewards?

Eligible players can receive a Daily Reward when opening MatchKing Seasons.

Daily Rewards may include bonus XP and abilities. Returning on consecutive eligible days can result in improved rewards.

An internet connection may be required for certain online features.

Why am I seeing advertisements?

MatchKing Seasons is supported in part by advertising.

Some advertisements may appear during normal gameplay transitions. MatchKing Seasons may also offer optional rewarded advertisements that allow you to receive an in-game benefit after choosing to watch an advertisement.

Availability of advertisements and rewarded advertisements can vary.

I watched a rewarded advertisement but didn't receive my reward.

If a rewarded advertisement is interrupted or does not complete successfully, the reward may not be issued.

If you completed the advertisement but did not receive the expected reward, close and reopen MatchKing Seasons and check again. If the issue continues, contact us and describe what happened.

Do I need an internet connection?

Core portions of MatchKing Seasons may be playable without an internet connection. However, features involving advertisements, consent management, or other online services may require an active internet connection.

I lost my game progress.

Some MatchKing Seasons progression and settings may be stored locally on your device.

Deleting the app, resetting the device, clearing app data, or moving to another device may cause locally stored progress to be lost if that progress is not backed up or synchronized.

If you believe your progress disappeared because of an error, contact us with as much information as possible.
